This image is in the public domain because it was released by the copyright holder Deutsche Post der DDR (between 1975 and 1990).
This stamp was published by the Deutsche Post der DDR (German Post of the GDR) or the soviet occupying power. On October 3, 1990, the Deutsche Bundespost (German federal post office) became its legal successor. According to section 5, paragraph 1, of the German copyright-law of official stamps (amtliches Werk), this is in the public domain. |
