- Not sexually dimorphic, close examination required.

- Daily, at least twice per day.
Environment specifics
- Well established Reef tank with multiple large fish it can clean.
Behaviour
- Placid. Will clean parasites, mucus, and dead skin off of other fish.
Identification
- White, with a black stripe running horizontally to advertise its cleaning services, and a white-to-blue body. Can be differentiated from the False Cleanerfish by its pointed mouth, compared to the downturned mouth of the False Cleanerfish.
Notes
- The first captive breeding of this species was unintentional, accidentally bred alongside Clarion Angelfish, the originally intended species to be bred. They were stocked with the angelfish to provide cleaning services to the angelfish. Subsequent fry was collected, and raised alongside the angelfish fry.
